AlmaWrap Two-Pack — One to Wear, One in the Wash
You'll be given one. You'll need two.
If your hospital provides a binder, take it — it's free and it does a job. But here's what nobody mentions: it sits against an incision, against bleeding, against postpartum sweats. It has to be washed. And you're given one. So on wash day you go without, and the loose, unsupported feeling comes straight back.
That's why so many mums end up buying a second at full price. The Two-Pack is simply that, priced properly: two complete AlmaWrap sets for £59.95 instead of £79.90.
(And if you're in the UK, plenty of hospitals don't provide one at all — in which case this is your one and your spare.)
Each set includes
- Belly panel — wide, soft support that adjusts to sit around a C-section scar line, not on it
- Waist panel — gentle compression you set yourself, hour by hour
- Pelvis panel — low support for hips and lower back
Because each panel fastens separately, it stays where you put it — no rolling up by lunchtime.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Honestly: a wrap won't rebuild your core. Your postnatal exercises do that, and NHS physiotherapy resources suggest you may find gentle abdominal support more comfortable in the early weeks, worn alongside them rather than instead of them. What it does is hold you together while you heal.
Good to know
- Four proper sizes — and if yours doesn't fit, we send the right size and you keep the first one. No return postage, no fuss.
- The tag inside may show a different size letter — the manufacturer's sizing runs small, so we've re-labelled every size to true UK fit. Go by our size guide, not the tag.
- Wear it, then wean off it — what physios generally suggest: weeks 1–2 as much as comfortable, weeks 3–4 for activity, stopping around week 6. Follow your own midwife or physio first.
- Don't wear it during exercise; if you have prolapse symptoms or pelvic-floor concerns, check with your GP or physio first
- 30-day comfort guarantee
