AlmaWrap Postpartum Belly Wrap — 3-Panel Support Band
The all-day held-together feeling, for the weeks everything feels loose
In the first weeks after birth, everything can feel loose, empty and unsupported — some mums describe it as feeling like everything might fall out when they stand up. The AlmaWrap is three adjustable panels of soft, breathable compression that gently hold your tummy, waist and hips — so you can cough, laugh, feed and carry your baby without bracing.
Three panels, each doing its own job
- Belly panel — wide, soft support across your middle. Adjusts to sit around a C-section scar line, not pressing on it.
- Waist panel — gentle, even compression you control with the velcro, hour by hour, as your body changes.
- Pelvis panel — sits low to support your hips and lower back.
Because each panel fastens separately, the wrap stays where you put it — no rolling up by lunchtime, no tugging it back down every five minutes.
What it does — and what it doesn't
Honestly: this wrap won't rebuild your core. Your postnatal exercises do that — NHS physiotherapy resources suggest you may find gentle abdominal support more comfortable in the early weeks, worn alongside your exercises, not instead of them. What the wrap does is simpler: it holds you together while you heal, so the everyday things hurt less and you feel like yourself sooner.
Wear it, then wean off it
What physios generally suggest: weeks 1–2, as much as feels comfortable. Weeks 3–4, for activity and being on your feet. By around week 6, stop — your exercises take over. Follow your own midwife, GP or physio first.
Wrong size? Keep it.
Four proper sizes (not "one size fits all") — and if yours doesn't fit, email us and we'll send the right size straight away, and you keep the first one. No return postage, no fuss. Check the size guide before ordering; postpartum bodies change week to week, so when in doubt between two sizes, size up — the velcro gives you a wide adjustment range.
One thing to know: the tag inside may show a different size letter — the manufacturer's sizing runs small, so we've re-labelled every size to true UK fit. Go by our size guide, not the tag.
Good to know

- Start wearing it whenever feels comfortable for you; after a C-section, wait until your midwife is happy with how your wound is healing
- Don't wear it during exercise, and if you have prolapse symptoms or pelvic-floor concerns, check with your GP or physio first
- 30-day comfort guarantee & keep-it size exchange
