Size Guide

Two measurements, not one

Most belly wraps are sold on waist size alone — which is exactly why so many of them ride up. If a band is taller than the space between your ribs and your hips, it has nowhere to go when you sit down, so it folds and rolls. Fit is about your torso as much as your waist.

About the tag inside your wrap: the label may show a different size letter — an "M" tag inside your Small, for example. That's expected: the manufacturer's sizing runs small, so we've re-labelled every size to true UK fit. Go by this chart, not the tag.

1. Your belly measurement

Measure around the widest part of your belly (roughly at your belly button), without pulling the tape tight. If you're still pregnant, measure now and order that size — the panels adjust down as swelling goes, so buying for the belly you have at 36 weeks works well.

Size Belly measurement Typical UK dress size
S 70–85 cm 6–10
M 85–100 cm 10–14
L 100–115 cm 14–18
XL 115–130 cm 18–22

2. Your torso length

Sitting down, measure from the bottom of your ribs to the top of your hip bone. If that's under about 15 cm (common if you're around 5'2" or shorter), set the panels lower and further apart rather than stacking them — and email us before ordering, we'll talk you through it honestly.

These ranges are provisional and will be replaced with the factory's measured specification before launch.

Still unsure?

Email us your measurements and we'll recommend a size — and if it arrives and the size isn't right, we send the correct one and you keep the first. Between two sizes? Size up.
