Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Standard tracked delivery to the UK currently takes 8–14 working days — we tell you this before you order because we'd rather be honest than surprise you. You'll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Expecting and want it before the birth? Most mums order around weeks 34–36, which leaves plenty of time. If you need it sooner, email us before ordering and we'll give you a realistic date — no guesswork.
Wrong size? Keep it.
If the size isn't right, email us and we'll send the correct size straight away — and you keep the first one. No return postage, no forms, no waiting. Pass it on to another mum or keep it as your spare. (A worn wrap can't be resold anyway, so posting it back helps nobody — we'd rather you have the right size on your body this week.)

If the wrap isn't comfortable for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Changed your mind?
You have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us and we'll send you our UK returns address — return postage is yours to cover unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made within 14 days of the item arriving back.
